Bleah. MC on Thurs. Caught the terrible flu bug too. All's well now =)

Hope I'd be able to complete my work by next Wed =,=

Been having a great time at work, despite all the deadlines. Been having lunch at Sushi Tei and cakes from Cedele. Simply adore their cakes. Slurps!! Been trying out different sandwich and salad shops during lunch with Hanjie too (without our beloved Shuying since her client place's at Bugis). But we'll be reunited next Thurs since our clients will be just a building away!! =X

Tried to meet Cheryl for lunch since I'm just in the building next to her but to no avail. The poor laopo's been ill too. Hope you're up and fit already!! =D

Compared to Audit, we're really a lot better off. Even though part of our work constitutes audit too (audit of bank's compliance to the banking act, securities and futures act, financial advisors act), we do not have to work till such late hours like the auditors. And did I mention I'm loving advisory work? (^o^)v

Hope to be plotted on more advisory engagements!!

Will still keep trying to meet the laopos for lunch whenever possible. Everyone's simply too scattered! Not forgetting my dearest, Renerene!! Go on fighting my dear!! Congrats on your first deal in just two days!! =D

You wanted me to wait for you to complete NS.
You wanted me to spend the weekends with you when serving NS.
You wanted me to wait for you to complete UOL.
You wanted me to forgive you time and again for lying to me.
You wanted me to forgive you when you break your promises.
You wanted me to respect your wish to to greatly involved in ODAC.

In which of these matters did I not do what you wanted?


I suppressed my feelings when you were not able to be there for me when you were in NS.
I prayed with my heart and soul you could gain entry to UOL and the course you wished for.
I wonder every day if you have enough to spend.
I forgave you for lying to me repeatedly.
I regained faith in you even after so many lies.
I am still waiting for my 2 months overdue present from you.
I understood you wanted a balanced life from meeting friends, involving in ODAC, studying and spending time with me.
I rushed for work every day at 8.30 instead of 9 because I wished to end work on time to be able to meet you, but work is simply endless.
I tried to spend my available days with you to the extent that everyone asked my why I wasn't out with you when I seemed free.
I only ask my friends out when you are not free (ODAC and more ODAC), and do you think that registered well in all my friends' minds?

Do you think I could have done all this if I didn't try hard enough?


Then why did you say my effort put into the relationship was minimal all these while?

It's Sunday again!!

Looking forward to payday, 10th of Oct!! Heez. Many many stuff to buy and do.

Topping the list is a mobile phone. Others in the list include a bag, a watch, and possibly an iPod Touch. That's another motivation for work!! =)


Stuff that I'd done over the 1 month:

Attended my cousin's birthday dinner, catered buffet at his house.
Played paintball in Msia with Darling and his ODAC friends, and had a sumptuous and cheap seafood feast.
Met up with Simyee, Huimin, Shimin and Meizi at Frontier CC for its biannual general meeting and a round of disappointing games organised by Mind Cafe. Left early and had dinner at JP while catching up with one another.
Had eye infection again, and went to see a doctor under the Panel during work. Recovered in a few days time =)
Met Nini at Dhoby Ghaut to get Jie's birthday present, a big Hello Kitty bag for work and school.
Mahjong-ed over the long weekend with Darling, his Jie and her boy. Lost like never before, but it was great fun!! =X
Had a buffet lunch at the Indulge At Park with Darling and his extended family. Not too bad, but the variety of food seems so-so only. Taste too. Dessert is super nice though: cakes, durian paste and tarts.
OT-ed for the first time, to help a senior with her work, till 8+. Cancelled my meeting with Darling due to the unforeseen OT. *sayangs*
Got rid of my baby tooth on Sat at NTU dental clinic, and was left with stitched in my mouth for a week. Affected my brushing and chewing motions quite a bit.
Went camping at ECP with Darling, my Jie and her boy on Sat night, and it was really really memorable. Babies went along as well =X Heez.
Shopped for Cher's birthday present on Sun morning, and settled for a black namecard holder after a long search full of disappointments.
Attended a cousin's wedding dinner at Hilton Hotel on Sun night. The bride is extremely pretty and the groom (cousin) so cute. Haha. They played a few games on stage and seemed really really sweet.
Had training at work for full 4 days.
Met up with laopos to celebrate Cher's birthday. Dined at Breeks after work and caught up with one another regarding work.
Explored a shop at Raffles City that supplied endless paper materials for all purposes. Will visit that shop in future should there be any decoration needs coming along.
Decorated Papa's mascarade for his company's annual D&D with some materials from the mentioned shop.
Explored prices of iPod Touch and iPhone (to no avail; after which I checked out online in the Singtel website) with Darling at JP.
Received first individual assignment at work on Fri, and very excited to complete it. Brought work home though.
Removed stitches back at the dental clinic on Sat morning, and cleaned my teeth and patched 2 teeth.
Attended 4/1 BBQ at Yihern's house with Darling, and it felt really great to catch up with so many of them. Memories~~
